Return & Refund Policy
At Pinova Aesthetics , your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how returns and refunds work. This policy applies unless local laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
Requests submitted after 14 days may not be eligible.
To qualify for a return, all of the following must be met:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
All original packaging and accessories are included.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is obtained before sending anything back.
Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Single-use consumables (e.g., microneedling tips, cartridges, needles) once opened.
Items showing signs of use, tampering, or damage not due to shipping.
Customized or special-order items, where applicable.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We’ll provide next steps and, if approved, a prepaid return label or replacement options.

We’ll review and send you RMA instructions and the return address.
Please do not return items before receiving RMA instructions.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is approved due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
We accept returns from countries we ship to.
Transit times and costs vary by destination and customs procedures.
Duties/taxes paid to carriers or authorities are non-refundable; you may contact your local authority for any reclaim options.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank/issuer may require extra time to post the credit).
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If needed, please place a new order once your refund is approved.
